can you make a omelette using a wok

Yes but it would be a bit uneven in thickness unless you have a flat-bottomed wok and just made a one egg omelette (ie to keep it small and within the confines/limits of the base).

I have made omelettes in a wok. My wok has a large flat base so its more like a very deep frying pan.

yes just keep moving the pan to even it out works fine

Made me giggle hundreddolla. Never thought of it like that until you pointed it out. Just by putting in the word 'using' instead of 'in'. };o)
