eep! i've ran out of self raising flour!

typical i go to bake a cake and i discover i'm out of self raising!
is there a substitue using plain flour of will i have to leg it to the spar again?

Hi, i've had the same prob before & I used plain flour with 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Mine have turned out fine.
