Well what I do is make fruit more appealing to eat because I dont like many fruits, so what I do is I start off with my breakfast and I put a low fat toffee or vanilla yogart in a bowl and add a sliced large banana. its really lovely and that way I have started the day off with 1 of my 5 a day

little snack bags of grapes or good as well and fruit juices

I get 5 a day, as long as you class pizza as a fruit.

Your 5 a day should consist of vegetables as well:

Tomato based sauces
Fruit smoothies
Fruit juices
Fruit flan
Tinned fruits
Fruit crumble

Loads more but I can't think at mo.

Yeah, smoothies are the way to go. Use a blender to make soups too. Eat raw veg as a snack, maybe with a dip.

A good breakfast cereal counts as a portion, so if you have a decent cereal and a glass of juice for breakfast, you have already had two.

Add to that a piece of fruit with lunch and two veg with dinner and you've got your 5 no problem!

how does a good (or any kind of) breakfast cereal count as a fruit or veg??? your glass of juice does, but the cereal? i really don't think so.
