I mean, what is the dish that people associate with you most, or that you most like to cook?

My cauli cheese (with extras) is quite famous.... as are my curries lol (but they're not in the same league as Whiffey's). As you know, I just love cooking - give me fresh ingredients (veggie !) and I am in heaven.... I have trouble walking past the fruit & veg stalls in the market without ogling all the gorgeous foodstuffs....

It depends on my mood and the season. In the winter I cook a mean curry and in the summer it has to be Chicken marinaded in a harissa paste, cooked on my old faithful George Foreman accompanied by cous cous, spicy potato wedges and a Greek salad. Yum

Risotto with wilted rocket, peas, basil, feta cheese served in big pasta dishes and topped with 'raw' rocket and a sprinkle of crispy chorizo on top. Takes 20 minutes to do and tastes and looks great - great if friends come round because you don't spend hours in the kitchen.
