There are fat-burner foods and negative calorie foods. Fruit usually falls into the latter category. If this is to do with losing weight, read 'fat-burner foods' by Dr. Caroline M. Shrive. My wife tried it and I joined in as well. I lost more than she did!
I thought pineapple was a good fat burner as there are some funny enzymes in it and the energy balance is negative. doesn't sound very convincing, I know, but I'm sure it was good for something in that area.
