Apart from Baileys, there is absolutely no fat in booze whatsoever.
No that is correct wardy, Voddy is nil pois on the weightwatchers chart and so it is quite ok. I have been on a low fat diet and lost 10ibs and that is with having a few drinks. I am now considering a career change and applying for a job as the new mature look 0 size.
Michelob lager is low carbs...available in most supermarkets but quite expensive. Might be worth checking it out.
If you are on a low fat diet you are in effect controlling your calorie intake. If you want alcohol as a treat, decide what is your favorite drink and have one.
All alcohol is empty calories and high in calories. So you can only have it as a treat rather than working out which is the lowest amount of cals and then having two or more.
For some people their treat would be two squares of a chocolate they really enjoy rather than a low fat rubbish bar, or an ounce of quality cheese rather than 2 ounces of low fat tasteless plastic.
