We tried out our Kenwood juicer for the first time yesterday.I used a fresh pineapple and a banana - very tasty.
This morning I have juiced some apples and pears.Although the taste was very good I found that I needed to sieve it after the juicing. Is this right or have I done something wrong?

Maybe try a harder pear like a conference.

ok - many thanks
Also, apples and pears are very dense fruits, you may need to put something a bit more juicy in it to soften it up a bit, like banana, berries, yogurt, or fruit juice. Peanut butter is good to sweeten smoothies up too!
