Try this one. It is delicious!
Serves 4
24 large fresh prawns 6 garlic cloves crushed
250ml olive oil 60g butter
2 tablespoon chopped pearsley
1-2 small red chillies finely chopped (I use chilli flakes)
Peel and devein the prawns.Leave the tails on for effect if you wish. Pre heat the oven 220c. Put the butter, oil, garlic and chillies or chilli flakes into a dish and place in the oven for about 6 minutes or until the butter has melted.. Add the the prawns (carefully, oil and butter very hot). Cook for about 7 minutes or until the prawns are pink and tender. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately with crusty bread.
