Dangerous I should imagine.
I remember eating roast chicken in Holland (Rotterdam) many years ago and this was how it was served then...We thought it was poor cooking at the hotel but ate in other restaurants and found it was the same
Apart from the health worry, I don't think I'd like the texture.
You have got to be kidding me!!
People happily eat rare steak so what's the difference?
Poultry has a totally different texture to red meat.
It would be a no from me too.
Literally makes me feel ill even thinking about it
On the menu tonight - "Chicken's Revenge".

No thank you.
Rather scantly but plainly explained why beef is different.

I wonder why it's ok to serve duck like that, kind of, but not chicken.
Many years ago we ate in the restaurant of the hotel we were staying in, both ordered chicken and were asked how we'd like it cooked...err, properly please!
still clucking seems an unpleasant variation on still mooing

never !
Yuk. I like my beef as rare as is possible to be without being unhealthy, but uncooked chicken is just gross.

I remember my mum giving me chicken and salad. It felt cold and clammy as raw chicken does, but she insisted it was cooked. It was only when she tried to take a bite herself that she realised it wasn't.
Ludicrous, in the extreme !

Remember what Edwina Curry said all those years ago ?....and she was right. Food poisoning looms on the horizon, and if any restaurant were to serve Chicken that isn't cooked properly, they would be leaving themselves to a serious prosecution.

But lets be careful about this DM link.....I can't find any evidence that this is happening much, if at all.
oh my! no, never, not in a month of Sundays.
yeuk!
Idiotic and foolhardy, in the highest degree!!
Mikey...it's been doing the rounds on facebook for months.
Ummm.........I wouldn't have thought that being on Facebook is tantamount to a practise being wide-spread, but I can't find any evidence that the provision of chicken that isn't cooked properly is available commercially.
It was in one of those wft posts :-)
