Does anyone know of an asian supermarket (not an online store) in London that sells dry prawn balachaung ?

Shrimp paste is readily available in just about every supermarket and Asian grocer. If you are after something very, very specific I suggest you head to China town where there is an extensive choice to be had from a range of suppliers.
