i bought a little jar of truffle sauce - and dont know what to do with it . any ideas ?
p.s its black truffle sauce if that makes a difference

It might be very concentrated so be careful. But making a sauce with steak or chicken or anything really , is delicious. Make it like you do a gravy ( not with granules though)Also with pasta.

Would be delicious with some pasta. Fry of a selection of mushrooms, a little garlic and some parsley toss into some cooked pasta with a spoon or two of truffle sauce.
