I went to a lovely farm shop at the weekend and found a humongous cauliflower that I couldn't say no to!

Tonight's dinner is therefore, cauliflower cheese (which I'll make from scratch)... but what I have with it?

Mr Smow loves cauliflower in every shape or form and I absolutely loathe it so I've always got a bag of frozen cauliflower in the freezer as a fresh one is just too much for one person to use up.
I know I'm in the minority with is one but I just love it on toast, three slices of toast and cc must be home made, usually by me. I just love it.
On toast?? That's a new one lol
My dad used to eat left over veg in a sandwich....
Herby sausages go very well with CC

Good plan. I was wondering what to do for lunch today. You've just solved the conundrum for me. Butternut squash and cauliflower it is. I'm going to make some bread today too. That will go well with it.
I'd suggest a dry white ?
