Question Author
They were huge, so I had to peel them after all:-(
They're not easy to peel are they?
Question Author
Too right, tilly.
Nasty, dusty things!

Worth it in the end, though. Especially when sprinkled with sesame seeds :-)
They are nice. They're just a pain to prepare.

I wonder if you can get frozen chunks?
I love baked sweet potatoes as I find them much lighter on the digestive system than regular spuds.

A tad confused by those who find the skins troublesome, personally I find the flesh of sweet potatoes shrinks away from the skin much better.

When I do baked sweet potatoes I like a dollop of sour cream and a spoon of chilli jam on top, a lovely combination depending on the rest of the meal. A bog standard spud a lather in butter and black pepper and scoff the skin with another smear of butter and seasoning.
So does anyone here eat the skin on a baked sweet potato?
Thank you, Mamya.
