Does anybody know how to make a copy of my CD based Audi Navigation System ?

You may be able to do d disc-to-disc copy using your usual disc writing software. Beware though, the copy may be no good.
When I first got my Volvo 8 years ago I copied my sat-nav DVDs and the copies worked perfectly.
Last time I updated them (2013) the copies would not work as the sat-nav software had be taught to spot non-original discs and refuse to use them.
Depending on the age of your AUDI it could well be that copied CDs will not work.
