This really weirdo painting portraits with his penis!
He was on This Morning and Philips face was a picture, he was worried he would move and show it. But this programme just showed the lot.

I was quizzing at the table and it was on in the background - very aptly named programme I'd say.

Only uses a brush for fine detail and signature and yes he does stick it where the sun don't shine.
