Just realised they're in recipe I was going to make tonight but I don't have any....

•1/2 of a small bay leaf plus 1/4 tsp of lime zest and 1/8 tsp fresh lemon thyme
or

•1/2 tsp of lime zest plus 1/4 tsp fresh lemon thyme

Ahh fab! I have those things - Thankyou muchly!
Sadly, no substitute will be the same. Kaffir lime leaves are incredible, dried ones are no good.
