Please does anyone know what "from concentrates" means in fruit juice? Thanks.

It is juice that has all the water taken out of it and is frozen until it us sold then reconstituted with water, the water content is usually higher than in pure fruit juice. Read the labels to check for added sugar and any chemicals.

Thanks for speedy and clear answer.
It's cheaper to send around the world if you aren't paying to transport the natural water from the fruit as well.
I watched a programme where they tested concentrated juices. It turns out that they have the same nutritional value as non concentrated juice.
