Do you get a bottle of wine with it ?

Buy a main course, side and dessert, all for £10 with free wine.

Question Author
Of course, no point getting it otherwise ;)
I don't drink alcohol - is there a good choice of alternative drinks?
Question Author
There are a couple wolf, not sure what they are as I always go for one of the wines.
They usually have elderflower cordial
margo - is elderflower nice -
The elderflower cordial is lovely conne. Best served really cold.
To be honest I've never tried it JJ but I bought son me for non-drinkers when we had a party and they all liked it.
^some not son!
A few weeks ago we bought our first 'Two dine for £10'. I wasn't expecting too
much especially as there was a free bottle of wine included.
Well I am afraid I had to eat my words .... it was the best value meal I have ever had.
The quality was amazing and the bottle of wine that they normally sell for £8.00 was rather good. Had I been seved that quality of food in a resturaunt I would have expected to pay in excess of £50. Top score for M&S.
... They have a choice of Wines in the offer. You can have non alchoholic if you prefer.
You can even have a bottle of ale.
That's tonights dinner sorted.
I was really pleasantly surprised as well.
I'm quite intrigued by this deal. I've heard all good reports.

I'm the same alava, it's only fairly recently I've been buying them too.
The sides aren't mind blowing but I buy either the potato rosti or the croquettes, which, incidentally, are both very tasty, and do my own veg.
Our favourite mains so far have been the old peculiar ale and steak pies, the moussaka, and some mushroom puff pastry tart things. This week I bought the rump steaks, a ham hock lattice thing, and a mushroom and spinach tart.
I've noticed they don't show all the available mains, sides, puds or drinks on their website so it's worth going into the shop if you're keen to try the deal.
NoM, it's well worth a go to see what you think.
I like the sound of the moussaka.
Question Author
Considering I don't like moussaka as a rule, I thought it was very tasty and served it up recently to family when they visited, who smacked their lips over it.
For those of a less discerning palate, my local chippy is doing spam fritter and chips for two, with pickled eggs for pud and a bottle of warm Fanta for just a fiver. So there.
do they chuck in a seedy bap with that?
Question Author
Mmmm, spam in a seedy bap and lukewarm Fanta, yum, although I'd prefer corned beef and Tango.
Update ..... have driven the 20 mile round trip this evening to M&S. Bought the cottage pie and a bag of veg. We have a creme brulle for afters. It was absolutely superb !
We have just had, what I can only describe as .. 'I wish we had another' .. bottle of Merlot.
If you have never tried this deal .... it's a must.

Cheers eth.
Ps.. have got the mousaka etc... for the freezer.
