There are apricots in Sainsburys but they are the smallish ones. I know that quite large ones (the size of a lemon) come into the shops at some point but I can`t remember when. Can anyone remember? (I want to make some jam and don`t want to miss out on them)

Never known apricots to be the size of lemons

hammerman - there are larger ones that do come out later in the season. They are much larger and have more of a blush colour. I prefer to make jam with them because there is more flesh than stone and they are easier to de-stone.
