I'd keep it a couple of days in a tightly sealed container.
I agree with 2 days if refrigerated immediately.

I add chopped chives and a tiny pinch of paprika just to lift it.
I don't hard boil the eggs, just enough to firm the yolk, add diced onion, mayo (obviously !) pop it in a sealed container and ready to put in butties the next morning.
That's as long as I've known it to last in my house.
I add red onion and if I'm making it for the OH some bacon or sausage.
I always make my own...and it lasts well over a week. Just make sure you use very fresh eggs.
Here is a recipe for "speedy mayo"...foolproof.
You need a high speed immersion blender with a tall narrow container.
It's "all in one"...
300ml oil
1 large egg
1.5 TSP vinegar...I use apple cider
1.5 TSP mustard.. I use French wholegrain
Salt & pepper
Additions...finely minced garlic,chives,chillie
Put all ingredients into the container...let the egg settle
Place the blender at the very bottom of the container, and turn on. Blend for 30-40 seconds...you will see the ingredients start to emulsify. Gradually pull the blender up and then down until the mixture is thick and blended...the total time is no more than a minute.

Sorry....it's been a long day...and I read it as just "mayo". ,Doh!
Agreed...2 days

*Pasta slinks off...*
A bit of garlic gives it a lift.

Tightly sealed container will keep it for a few days. No more than three.

Another option, chopped cress.
Homemade in what way...homemade Mayo or just hard boiled eggs covered in bought Mayo with a sprinkling of paprika? Are we talking a sandwich filling or halved eggs covered in Mayo?
I'd keep it a few days, up to five, covered, in the fridge.
