Olive oil, bruised fennel seeds and crushed garlic. Simple enough. I always think fennel complements pork.
Try grain mustard, honey and dark soy sauce.... give it at least an hour - delish!
That's the one I'd go for too Jourdain.
Stir-frying pork chops? How's that done?
Thinly slice them first.
....then you're not really stir-frying pork CHOPS....you're stir-frying pork!
....and the recipe you've linked to isn't "stir-frying" at all.
The marinade can be used for either stir fry or oven baked chops.
Yes...but you are not stir-frying pork CHOPS if you slice them up into pieces....
I understand what you are saying Gingerbee but aren't you a wee bit pedantic?
Oh for goodness sake don't be so pedantic we all knew what iggy meant
Snap Margo:-)
Once again crossed posts Danny, but snap:-)
I've got the giggles now!
"we all knew what iggy meant". Well, I didn't. And still don't know if she's frying pork chops or stir-frying cut-up pieces of pork.
