Actually a lot of people refinish their worn non-stick pots and pans. I've seen some that have been finished and they do a god job. There are several products that do the job, at least here in the U.S. as seen here: https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=non+stick+repair+spray&tbm=shop Only problem is they all require being "cooked" in a 500 degree...

Buy a new one.

I'll third it
Cost you more than the pans worth.
Stay away from Tefal. Buy a ceramic pan? Excellent and not dangerous.
Buy a new one, you tight ***!
Sand off all the non-stick coating. Then season the pan with a good vegetable oil.

Only problem is they all require being "cooked" in a 500 degree (F) oven for a set amount of time and if your pans happen to have non-removable wooden or rubberized handles that would be a problem...
Get a cast Iron pan and season it well. Clean it while it is still warm and do not use abrasive cleaner, wiping out with kitchen paper should be all it needs. Correctly seasoned and cleaned it will never stick and last forever.
I work in a Pro kitchen where we have 30 cast Iron Woks for frying /serving in, they never stick, are easy to clean and we have had them 10 years so far.
Do we mean Teflon?
I bet Terence Roberts is Clanad. ;)
^Can't fool me.
Terence is going to tell us soon anyway. You'd have to be a bit odd to bother with the faff.
Well then Terence is taking his time about it...
