I have bought a bottle of this Beaujolais Nouveau and I notice, just like 2014, the bottle is made of plastic. Both bottles came from M+S.

I have never come across plastic bottles before. I have bought those square-type plastic bottles that you get in French supermarkets, with Vin Ordinaire in them but no others. Anybody else come across plastic bottles ?

Yes I got one from m&s at a petrol station. Wondered at first why it was so light. It is in boot of my car now with water in it. Great as lightweight and unbreakable.
My milk comes in one! :-)

Buenchico...that's maybe so but this morning, the Beaujolais Nouveau was the only one in plastic. I am not complaining as they are much lighter and less fragile.
forget the plastic, what does it taste like?
Yeah 25 years or so ago, the French hypermarkets were full of them.

DTC...well, it wouldn't match up to your usual standards ! But I quite like the very fruity taste, although at £7.50 I think I was done !

I might try to get another one tomorrow, but nowhere else other M+S sell it around these parts.
