I like smoked bacon, cooked apple and melted cheese (sounds awful, tastes lush).
bacon, brie, mushrooms and chipotle pepper.....
Corned beef and grated onion.
I'm not normally a great fan of Costa ('cos I don't like their prices!) but I'm becoming addicted to their Roast Pork & Bramley Apple toasties ;-)
ready sliced mature cheddar, spring onion, whole grain Dijon mustard. when cooked ,dip in home-made onion marmalade or chutney.

Buenchico i love pork and apple - might have to give it a go

Croque Monsieur aka toasted cheese and ham.
I tend to just use the grill...
you lot are weird. It has to be chees beans nd tuna
Sardines mashed up with mayo and a splash of hot pepper sauce!
Extra mature cheddar and Branston Pickle
Bacon, Brie and cranberry sauce
mazie, switch the bacon for chicken or turkey and add a little chipotle- raspberry (homemade).....
I don't think you can beat the old Trusty Toastie a.k.a Tomato and very strong mousetrap !. Loveleeee....
Been a long long time since I last had one, but I used to make tinned mince & baked bean ones years ago. Got to watch that you don't burn your mouth though.
jack daniels I use a toastie maker as it prevents the gooey filling oozing out the sides when you eat them
mashed potato and cheese, banana and nutella and a little icing sugar.

Daughter is found of what she calls a "thank you very much" which is bacon and peanut butter.

Morning Retro, I have a pannini maker so unfortunately the cheeses can ooze out but the slightly burnt flavour is nice lol

There are some interesting concoctions there - will have to try
Buenchico your idea is making me want to try pork or chicken and stuffing! i'll pass on the gravy though and use a chutney
