I could make you 0 calorie soup, 0 calorie vegetable curry and 0 calorie jelly for a lot less than this would cost and it would be tasty. Not recommended for 7 days per week though!
maggie, recipe for the soup please. As all vegetables have calories I'm keen to know how you get them out!

Why don't you try the 5/2 diet. I think the calorie intake for the 2 days is 500 for a female, a bit more for a male. As you can eat normally the other 5 days it's the kind of diet that is sustainable.

Plus, I took up smoking to combat the hunger. Not good.

The 5/2 diet is supposed to be good and, as Ummmm says, sustainable.
hc4361 On Weight Watchers, all veg is valued at zero. I make soup with a bag of chopped potato and leek with a couple of ham stock cubes. Other fresh veg can be added to taste.
Ah. That is weight watchers point system, not calorie counting. Weight watchers zero pointed foods does have calories.
Maggie, I am sure that if you add potatoes to the soup or curry it is no longer zero points - potatoes have points. Use swede and other root veggies instead
