Boiled some rice saturday and have lots left over. It's been in the fridge since it was boiled but i can't eat it (stir fried) until tomorrow (Tues) as today is my 600 calorie day.

Would you risk 3 days ?

I would n't keep it any longer than 24 hours...
Wouldn't bother me but I do have a rather cool fridge. Your choice.
It's a bit late now I know, but of o had leftover rice that I didn't need for a couple of days I would have stuck it in the freezer
Rice cost pennies, I would throw and cook some more.
birds will eat it !
good link ratter !
Don't chance it. You could have put it in a box in the freezer. But as minty says. the birds will eat it.

While it might err on the side of caution, and disregarding it may not lead to food poisoning, the advice given in RATTER's link is most appropriate.
I'm referring to his first link BTW.
+1 for RATTERS first link.

Thanks guys, everything very useful. I'll chuck it and make some more for tomorrow.
Freeze it. Defrost and reheat. Simples
3 days after it was cooked ? No way.

I've eaten rice that's been in the fridge for a week that is left over from a takeaway many times and have never had any ill effects.
