Friday. Horizon to horizon cloud this morning, I can smell rain. Must be summer!

Yesterday's lunch had to be postponed until today. My oppo's daughter had to go to Portsmouth, where she is at University. She's a delightful, and beautiful, girl, as is her sister. She is training as a radiographer.

Tiggy has moved into Tiggy Towers. I put most of his supper in there last night. He's finally got the message!

Lunch out today. Same venue.

Afternoon oz. Yup. The lad has moved in. I reckon a Mrs. will be next on his list. they rarely stay together after mating. Although he did last year.

He looks quite cosy in there when I had a wee look about two hours ago.

Just been giving Mrs. Ozzies car the "once over". Big drive tonight, 500k round trip. One of our sons' was nominated for the NSW Trainee of the year award. He made it through the regional selection and is attending the State Finals tonight at place called Orange. Mrs Oz and my "future ex-daughter in-law" (hee hee) will be attending. Alas I have to deliver little tackers home and wont be able to make it.

Looking promising here again today, so warm yesterday! Got loads done in the garden & ate a lovely salad out there! Today a tidy up inside. Son home Monday. Waterman, nice to hear tiggy has finally moved in :0) lozzy, just clicked on your link, you must be really proud!

Dil is ok with me Boaty, bit of a family joke, she wasn't the first and may not be the last ;-).
I always referred to my daughters boyfriends as " the future-ex son in-law", and still do much to his amusement.

everyone fine here thanks...another phew what a scorcher here..finished front gravel bed yesterday .did lots of potting up and started varnish stripping a couple of chairs..that is going to take a week or so....grass and edging today..not much else as back and hands needing a rest !

Tried using the electric hedge trimmer yesterday & it wasn't working .. we'd lent it to a neighbour last. Ah well, won't do that again.

My daughter graduated a couple of years back, a very proud day.
My eldest son will graduate this year.
My "trainee of the year" son may not get the award tonight, it is the last stage and the decision will be announced. Fingers crossed.
