Sugar Addicition - And A Cure!

For as long as I can remember, I have enjoyed three sugars in tea, and chocolate or cake after every meal.

As I have entered my sixties, the weight gain and general feeling of being slowly poisoned have increased - until today.

This lunch time, I have been hypnotised into no longer craving sugar.

Since then, I have had a cup of tea, with no sugar, and found it fairly indifferent in taste.

More importantly, I have had my lunch and the usual Toffee Crisp of tube of Smarties as been absent, I simply don't want them anymore.

I have to play a recorded CD of my session daily for three weeks to embed the subconscious messaging, and that's it - I can return to a 32" waist, and be far more healthy.

Result of what!!!

How much did it cost?

Luckily I lost my sweet tooth in my early 20s.
Good for you! After a very short time of drinking tea and coffee without sugar you won't be able to bear drinking them with, hypnotised or not. Tea will taste like syrup water if you add sugar to it.
wow Andy, do you want to share the details?
Well done Andy! Aim at having a 28inch waist, that will make you look even more cute! (We all love you anyway!)

OK guys - in order -

ummmm - it cost £90.00 for a ninety minute session - thirty minutes prep and sixty minutes in a trance, plus the CD to replay for the next three weeks.

hc4361 - that's there already. he gave ne a teaspoon of sugar and asked me to dip my finger in and taste it. It tasted revolting - far too sweet, the thought of three spoons of that in a drink is just horrible!

woofgang - my guy is in Stoke-on-Trent, I am not sure if details contradicts Site Rules on advertising business though.

Georgiesmum - thanks, that's really sweet! (no pun intended!!)
Wouldn't it be classed as a recommendation rather than advertising. You don't gain anything by it.

Ok - I'll stoick it on, and if the Ed takes it off, then so be it.

His name is Dez Sellars - he is here -

Andy.....please ignore Georgiesmum.....28" waist would leave me nothing to grab hold of when my turn arrives...... ;-)
Andy - I've been on a minimum carbs diet for close to three months now and 32 pounds gone as a result this morning, no sugar, no spuds, pasta, cakes, rice, cookies, bread and looking at carbs/sugar on everything I get.

Guess what, the only thing I have occasionally mixed is a bit of pasta.

I'm allowed porridge as that's good for cholesterol (low on that) but with the extra cheese/meat that I am eating - and it has slow release carbs in glycaemic sugar and if I need a sweetener then honey or maple syrup, something more natural.

Two more pounds, a check of my bloods and then I start to introduce carbs on a measured basis, the quack reckoning whilst my body comes into natural line with my daily carbs need, I'll take off another 1.5 stone......

That's impressive!

I don't actually eat very much - just that my sugar content is really high. I am 13.5 stone, and 5'10'', so I am not massively overweight, just a bit of a veranda over the fun factory!!
Phew...though I should warn you I always have very cold hands.....but I can make cracking pastry......☺

Good luck with your weight loss.....x
sorry for digressing andy - gness could you give me a recipe for your great pastry - maybe on the food site. thank you.
Sorry, JJ.....I don't use any particular recipe.....just what takes my fancy for what I'm making......it's the freezing cold hands that makes it good....x
