Anyone do anything 'exciting' with 'em?

I normally just grill 'em, but they aint half boring that way. Thought about possibly marinating them in something...?

Not stir fry recipes please :-)

Peel and chop an apple into 1/4" chunks.. Add the chunks to 2-3 tablespoons of bramley sauce.. Then add a small teaspoon of Dion/french mustard.. Mix it all together.. Grill the chops on 1 side and turn over and partially grill the other side.. Then spread your apple mixture on top of the chop and grill a bit further.. Add a bit of grated cheese on top before...

get a rub on them and get them over some coals.
Season with Paprika before cooking.
I believe marinating in coca cola is popular.
Cut em into big lumps, fry gently with a few onions just to brown them off and then cook gently in sour cream and a drtop of wine or cider for 25 - 30 mins.

Serve with rice or baked spuds & fresh greenery.
Brush whilst grilling with a honey, wholegrain mustard and soy mix.

Just found a recipe that suggested flattening 'em out with a hammer (like the sound of doing that!) and coating in breadcrumbs- so going to go with that one I think.

Cheers all x
Now that is boring :-p

The breadcrumbs will be spiced up,and with cheese :-)
Caraway seeds go well with Pork.
