How about shepherd's pie
Tuna pasta?
forget that. OH does not do mince. Well how about fish pie, which will be nice and light.

Try Ainsley Harriots Acapulco chicken (think its meals in minutes). Very tasty. We make in advance, warm it up, serve with microwave rice, sour cream and Doritos - lovely!
Slow cooker meal!
I'd opt for a slow cooker casserole. Then you won't have to wait any time at all.
Fish and chip shop on the way home !!!
Spaghetti Bolognese. Make the sauce early and warm it in a saucepan when needed. Fresh pasta to go with it only takes a couple of minutes to cook.
Sainsbury's Taste the Difference cottage pie, 3 minutes in the microwave
Stir fry.
For sure Andres
Fish pie, lasagne, chilli.
baked potato, sausages & beans....chuck all in oven together
Bake a lot of potatoes at once in the oven, then when cooled, store in the fridge and you can simply re-heat as and when - instant jacket potato, also they taste better than simply microwaved from scratch :) - have one with a salad, beans, cheese, tuna, coleslaw etc
I prefer baked spuds done in the wavy machine...
I'd zap just about anything.
Baked potatos, spare rib & corn....chuck all in oven - lol
and.....bread n butter pud....chuck with others in oven - rofl
I'm not much of a cook, but what I discovered recently was Waitrose paella, it comes in a large bag (frozen) and contains all the usual ingredients.
Just empty a good amount into a non-stick pan and stir for about 8 minutes and voila! some garlic bread and a glass of wine, lovely and so simple.
