Why are Tudor crisps "Northern Food". Never heard of some of them so I can't help!
Tudor crisps stopped being made in 2003 when they were taken over by Walkers. List is ridiculous what the hell is 'Panaculty' some Northern UK form of pannacotta?
Panaculty is the same as pan haggerty http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panackelty , and many people may never have heard of these dishes if they don't live in the north

I'm from the North West and am not familiar with any items on the list.
There seem to be a lot of Greggs Pasty shops in the North -that should be on the list

That looks like corned beef hash to me or lob scouse.
Craster Kippers are great,the Robson family have been producing kippers to their traditional method for four or five generations.They now smoke any thing trout,salmon,cod & hams for example but the kippers are out standing,well worth the detour if you are ever in the area and according to Rick Stein probably the best kippers in Britain.
Judging by your previous questions I think you should amend your title to read 'North Eastern England' rather than 'Northern' (you seem to be talking around the Newcastle area)

maybe some Northerners can come on and say they actually prefer Wagyu beef, black truffle omelette and beluga caviar. I suppose all people from Devon drink cider and eat cream teas everyday at 4 o'clock, and all Londoners live on jellied Eels and Pie and Mash?

For some, the North starts at Watford. Certainly can agree with the post about Craster kippers though. What do people who are away from their roots miss from their area? My OH got very excited when he found Bury black pudding in Waitrose in Swaffham, and it was "proper Bury", not from B St. Edmunds which our butcher sells.
I get giddy if i find Warburtons bread anywhere down south.
As kids, our Saturday treat, after traipsing around Bury's shops all afternoon, was a visit to the 'original' (and it really was) Bury Black Pudding Shop. They were absolutley delicious served just wrapped in paper and steaming hot.
