So many questions...lol

I'm sure i saw Gino DiCampo removing the wishbone of a turkey before cooking it to make it easier for carving.

Anyone partake ?

Didn't see that, but don't find the wishbone a particular problem. It should be easy enough to slice around, though. If you're worried about carving, then perhaps you should think about getting a 'crown' - or 2 if needed.
was he carving a turkey or working on a car ?
Should add that you can also buy turkey legs separately. All a lot quicker to cook than a whole bird.

Oh no, not worried....got an 8kg turkey and i cook roast dinners every week. Just wondered if there was any advantage removing the wish bone.

It makes it a bit easier but I rarely bother removing the wishbone from a chicken. It doesn't make that much difference to be honest.
