Am really into the taste of limes at the moment - pawpaws with lime juice and honey, lovely.
But anyone know why there are never any pips? I have grown some lovely bushes from lemon pips, but can't even get started with limes.

well I live in Thailand and they have pips and lots of them
I have found plenty of pips in limes. If you find one and plant it, and it gets to bear fruit, don't be surprised if the fruit is nothing like a lime. Citrus seeds rarely come true to the parent tree.
I assume you have warm enough conditions to get the seedling to grow into a tree.
I, like you , have managed to grow many lemon plants
Never tried limes - although I prefer them to lemons
Did you use organic?
I believe there is a difference
