Wednesday. The sun is climbing up the back of the hill and will be shining soon. Some cloud about. I've got a late charter today, so i hope it stays dry.

Tiggy was in on his own last night, but took some food back in several trips. He's an amazing lad, so he is.

Lunch yesterday went very well. A place we had not been to before. We liked it enough to book it on the spot for our silly season lunch.

Good everyone, glad you had a good birthday. It's great hearing about Tiggy in your nature diary. No birds came yesterday,I think they were miffed because I've been away for six weeks. A few sparrows ,a white cheeked bulbul,a black headed bulbul and a couple of common mynahs this morning. GY doing ok,not had to use his spray since we got back. Pile of ironing this morning.

Morning all new arrivals xx we have the weekend off too, boaty. So back to work Monday. We're actually looking forward to it- it's more like having an extended family than working. Have bought them some small presents, will be lovely to see them again.

We have air-con,otherwise we couldn't live comfortably. Ironing is one thing I do well,years doing GY's and my Army kit I suppose. Won't bore you with weather report from here.

I don't remember the film, but recently had an antique clock that was in one of the scenes restored (on a shop front). Was in such bad nick that it cost a heck of a lot to repair, but apparently people/ blue lamp fans take photos of it (?)

I met my 'bingo lady' a couple of days ago, (she goes to bingo on a Tues and Thurs when her hubby has gone to his club) Hubby has carers in most days and had a new one in a few days ago.
Bingo Lady explained to her what his condition was and how he behaves, carer ended up shouting at him, upon hearing this, she told carer to eff off, threw her out and then phoned the appropriate people.
