Juice them with bananas and apples - Tesco sell a bottled drink made of those, it's delicious

I make raita, but didn't know you could bottle it.

Can you pickle it sliced as they are the little fat Spanish type ones. The long ones aren't ready yet.

Yes you can pickle it sliced.

They are also good for dipping sauces.

You can buy bottled/jars of raita so you must be able to bottle it - but perhaps that's not fresh yoghurt?
