Probably :)
When you bought it did you not think at the time that 250g isn't very much???

Make keema mutter with the lamb and leave the veal until you can pick up more veal or some pork mince.
Please stop being sensible eccles - it's too early and my brain can't cope yet ...

lol, yes I knew it wasnt very much but thought I would just get a little incase i didnt like it. So there!
I get your logic but now you have the quandary of not having enough to do anything with.

How about doing the keema mutter and making some veal kofte to have as a starter?

Thats a good idea. Its just after watching some programme ages ago about trying to get veal more widely bought I thought i would try it. Think the programme was with that Jimmy, Jamie O's friend.

Stuff some Romano peppers ( the long pointy ones ). Mix the veal with some partially cooked rice, oregano, basil, minced sun dried tomatoes, minced shallots and garlic, a grind of chilli flakes, and grated parmesan. Bake until the peppers are tender...about 45-50 minutes. Serve with tomato sauce.
As you eat the veal picture the calf looking at you.
The raising of veal calves has move on Wharton......
Yes wharton. You can now get responsibly raised Rose veal from British farms....no crates involved.
Sorry...*Wharton*
