Suggestions please.

Have just sorted out the freezer and have found 2lb of minced lamb and 6 pork chops that must have been there for a while. Any suggestions for something a bit different.Thanks.

What would you normally do?

You could make lamb burgers or kebabs.

Pork with a cider sauce. I used pear cider last time and it was really nice.

I would, pork chops with a honey marinade, and lamb burgers with mint??

I'd leave them there until you need them, they'll be fine.

You can leave them where they are, they will be fine. Or with the lamb, you could make moussaka.
