Cooking chicken legs...

what is the best way? I have 4 to cook for our dinner tonight. Would like the meat to fall off the bone if possible.... nice and moist.

In a slow cooker..bit of stock ..few veggies....towards the end a few small new pots...a meal in a pot !!

I dont have a slow cooker.. was thinking about putting some chooped veg in dish and covering. Would i need to put some water in too?
In a casserole would do ..on a low heat...little stock...cube in hot water would do ..not too much ...enough to kind of steam rather than broil...on a very low setting in the micro would do also !!
Casserole instead of slow cooker as above.Chuck a tin of tomatoes in too.
