Send them on sibton
Gooseberry fool, gooseberry crumble, gooseberry chutney...you probably haven't got enough for all that. Lucky you!!
I've just made jars of gooseberry jam with my Dad's red gooseberries. They are lovely :)
Lucky you! We only have young bushes so a small crop. Use some to cook as others have suggested but do keep some back to eat as they are . Delicious
wHAT ABOUT SOME GO0SEBERRY CRUMBLE FOR THE FREEZER
Cook them and freeze them, ready for pies and crumbles later in the year. Lucky you!

I had my first blackberry this week, all the rest of the berries on the bush were pale and white, the black ripe one just was there waiting to be eaten - so I did...!
