I know you are asking about chicken, but most of the supermarkets do minced turkey which is much the same. You can use weetabix as a binder. Just crunch one up until it is fine crumbs. Minced meat and herbs. Good pinch of salt . Egg yolk to bind. You might want to add a chicken stock cube (Oxo crumbles well) You can use this recipe for any type of burgers. Make sure you don't make them too thick as they tend to get thicker and smaller in diameter as they cook. EnjoY!
