Have you got time to get something from Waitrose/M&S and pass it off as your own? If not, how about this? Yummy, easy to make, and not too creamy.

Bread and butter pudding might work. I make one with marmalade it's not heavy and you don't need cream. Given the weather we are having it wont be out of place in this so called Summer.

nextqueen, just whack in loads of rum, tia maria, cointreau, whatever you have to hand, and it'll be fab. Put a couple of posh biscuits on the side, and it'll work. In fact if you make it look posh, then you could probably use meths instead of rum, and no one will ever know.

couldn't you just get them so mullered on booze they'll not notice whether you've given them a pudding or not?

What about bakewell tart? You can use a thin scone mixture to make the pastry, with a very little sugar in it. Then it is not so fatty!
