Monster High

My daughter wants a 'monster high' themed party which is fine as i have found plates, cups, etc but what type of food can i make as it is mainly hot pink and black. Any ideas?

How old daughter? what do the monsters eat? You can get food colouring that will colour anything, even bread if you are prepared to make your own.

She will be 4. monster high are dolls that are... well one is called claudine wolf like a werewolf and frankie stein like frankenstein.

there are quite a few drink recipes online, just google monster high party food. Cake icing is easy to dye, as is cream cheese, tuna mashed finely with mayo. Use paste or gel colouring as its more intense. Edible food sparkles are available in all sorts of bright colours and you can make things like cheese straws, put a blob of ketchup on one end and call them witches fingers.

Try Strawberry or Tropical Punch Kool-Aid for flavoring cake/cookies etc with if you've got a Tesco near you? It's in the Afro Caribbean section of the World Foods aisle in large Tesco stores. Will dye and flavor quite intensely and it's around £3 for a 500g tub
