homemade burgers

I made some a while ago and ended up freezing one. Do I have to defrost before I cook it? Or can I stick it in oven from frozen?

I would defrost it
You can cook from frozen , is it worth heating up the oven for 1 burger?, just grill it as you would a frozen shop bought burger.
you can cook em from frozen 4get, i do it all the time,it would probably use less gas/leccy if you grilled or fried it in a smidge of oil though.....
No need for oil there is plenty of fat in them anyway.
thats why i said a smidge... i usually brush a bit on bottom of pan ...
