Chicken and mushroom pasta bake.

My two brothers coming for dinner so stuffedmushroom and salad starter, roast lamb, roast potatoes, carrots, peas jerseys, then tart au citron and cream, all washed down with a couple of bottles.
(they live alone so don't tend to do roast dinners much).

Chicken & leek risotto. It is cold wet and miserable here so a heart warming dish is required.
It will mean chicken and rice on two consecutive days as we'll be having home made vindaloo tomorrow.

Yes, lovely and crunchy topped lasagne with melted cheese on top turned a nice shade of golden brown :P
Incidentally lasagne always tastes better if eaten the day following - after its gone cold then reheated - the flavours seem better.
