I keep hearing of the benefits of eating fish however I am allergic to fish so I cant eat it, are there any alternative foods I can eat that will provide a similar benefit?

It`s the omega 3 in oily fish that is good. Flaxseed and wallnuts both have omega 3 although you`d have to eat an awful lot of those to get much. I put flaxseed (linseeds) in my breadmaker. You can buy walnut oil to use as a salad dressing. Omega 3 capsules are the easiest way to do it though.
