That's brilliant. I am an avid cake decorator and can tell you for a first attempt this is really wonderful, well done you....I love looking at cake pics so when you get more pics of your work I hope you will share.

I did make one or two a few yrs back, however wasnt aware that you added a gum to the icing...makes a cracking difference...really pleased....(but i dont like fruitcake) haha.....will have to do a sponge next...which dosent keep too well!

I have plenty ideas for christmas xxx
