i always cook it seperately as i like it a bit crispy.

Or roll it in to small balls...
No, mine gets put in a pyrex bowl, so basically ,the top get's crusty, while the rest stays (oh God I detest this word....) moist.
Ooooh... get you... 'Pyrex' ;-p
