Higgidy Pies !

Couldn`t resist putting this in for those AB`ers who like special pies. They`re only available around here in Sainsbury`s and they`re absolutely yummy. The best pastry I`ve ever had and lovely innards: spinach, goat`s cheese, pine nuts, beef, lamb etc. About 4 different kinds, have the look of home-made AND they`re kind enough to put the recipe on the box. So I shall copy them eventually when I`m in the mood. Of course, they`re not cheap, but we all need to have a little luxury now and then, don`t we.

I bought a couple of the steak, ale and stilton ones today because they looked so yummy,look forward to trying them even more now you have given them a good write up :-)

Hi Lorri, they`re bringing out new ones and are open to suggestion. I`ve asked for lamb curry!
