Continental Salami

Hubby bought a selection of salami's from a visitig continental market today, peppered, pork and somethingelse but like an idiot has no idea what to do with them LOL. Can anyone help please?

my boys like it in a sandwich with salad.
You could make pizza and use the salami as a topping & then cook in the oven.
you could serve it on a platter with olives vine tomatoes, cucumber etc... drizzled with a dressing and serve with crusty bread.
make some brusetta with it.

Yumm! Thanks jd, but its really smelly & strong, don't think I could stomach a sandwich!
Also, do you happen to know if it needs peeling before its eaten?

Always best peeled. I like it on open sandwiches on 'black bread' (cheapest from Lidl or Aldi) with cream cheese and pickled gherkins or cucumber.
