opened a burger van what do i need?? help

hi i am planing to but a burger van what do i need in respect of health and safety im based in northern ireland thanks for your help

It's a very short course which you should be able to do at your local college - I did mine a few years ago now, I think it cost about £35 at the time. It ends with a multi choice test and is not at all difficult.

A license from your local authority hopefully, and insurance, public liability up to 1 million usually

The environmental health dept of your local council will be able to give you the info you need
